Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped on the same day if ordered before 1:00 pm CST, or next day if ordered after.

 

When will I receive my order?

From the time you order, to when you receive your product is generally 5 business days or less. If you have not received your order in this time, please feel free to track your order with the provided tracking number, or contact us.

 

Can I pick up my order in store?

When checking out, you will have the option for in-store pick up. Select this, and come see us on the second level of Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon, SK.

 

How much will shipping cost?

All shipping costs are estimated at check-out. If you reach the free shipping minimum, then shipping is free with-in Canada.

 

How do I check my order status?

When you make an order, you will receive an update immediately. You also will receive an update as soon as your order ships. If you have any questions, you can email us at: info@f2fashions.ca or call us at 1-306-934-8205.

 

Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently we only ship with-in Canada. Check back soon for more options!

 

How do I cancel my order?

Taxes

Will I be charged tax on my order?

Yes, all orders with-in Canada automatically have taxes calculated at check out.

 

Warranty & Returns

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

Please contact us at info@f2fashions.ca or call us at 1-306-934-8205 with your order number with-in 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition, and have original tags attached *Some conditions apply ** Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless returned directly to store.

 

Can any products not be returned?

Underwear, Socks, and Water bottles are all final sales. This does not include faulty items.

 

What if I received the wrong product?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@f2fashions.ca or call us at 1-306-934-8205 with your order number. We are terribly sorry and will sort everything out as soon as possible.

 

Can items be exchanged?

Items can be exchanged for a different size, colour, or a totally different product. Follow the same process as when returning a product, except let us know what you would like instead.
